• Required Document*:

1. Copy of the Certificate of Incorporation
2. Copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association
3. Copy of the Register of Directors
4. Copy of the Register of Members
5. the Certificate of Incumbency
6. the Certificate of Good Standing（may be waived for newly incorporated company of less than 6 months old）
7. Copies of proof of Directors', Shareholders' and Authorised signatories' ID/Passport and Residential Address
8. Bank reference letter of the Directors, Shareholders and Authorised signatories
9. Last three Months Bank statements of the Directors, Shareholders and Authorised signatories

Please provide item 1-4 if there are corporate directors, shareholders or signatories.

• Schedule:

1. All the directors, shareholders and authorized signature MUST comes personally with his/her identity proofs to sign the application from in front of us.
2. Arrange the appointment before 1 week notices and our meeting hours from 9.30am to 11am, and, from 1pm to 4.30pm (Monday – Friday).
3. The minimum initial deposit is2000USD or equivalent.
4. Usually the bank account number will be issued in 2 weeks.
